FIELD: medicine, clinical oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations used for treatment
of patients with malignant neoplasms by photodynamic therapy method.
Preparation for photodynamic therapy carrying out has sulfinated
aluminiumphthalocyanine that exhibits enhanced accumulation in tumor
with respect to normal tissues. Preparation has additionally transport
proteins (for example, human albumin or the mixture of blood serum
albumins and globulins or other transport proteins) atweight ratio
protein : phthalocyanine = 8:1, not less. EFFECT: increased accumulation
of preparation in tumor, enhanced effectiveness of photodynamic
