[57] Abstract:

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, at least one light emitting diode matrix mounted on the casing, TV camera having selective spectral optical system mounted in the center of the casing and video data presentation system. The casing is manufactured as spherical surface segment, the light emitting diodes are positioned on the casing so that light emitting diode radiation optical axes intersect in single point, light emitting diode radiation spectrum bandwidth belongs to photosensibilizer unit absorption wavelength bandwidth. The point of intersection of the light emitting diode radiation optical axes belongs to selective spectral optimum focusing plane of the optical system. The selective spectral optical system of the device has zero transparency in the emitted light emitting diode radiation bandwidth and a transparency window at wavelengths greater than light emitting diode radiation spectrum bandwidth wavelengths. Spherical surface radius, casing radius, radius of the zone under light emitting diodes radiation and light emitting diode radiation beam pattern divergence angle are bound by relation: , where - is the spherical surface radius, - is the casing radius, - is the light emitting diode radiation beam pattern divergence angle, - is the radius of the zone under light emitting diodes radiation.
